Lisa Lombardo is a Director with Gibbons P.C. and a member of the Construction Litigation Team. She represents owners, developers and subcontractors in matters involving design and construction defects, condominium liability and contract disputes. She obtained multimillion dollar arbitration awards for a leading University in the tri-state area in a design and construction defect matter and manufacturer of medical devices in a restrictive covenant matter. Ms. Lombardo also has experience drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts and is lead construction counsel for a prominent healthcare system in the tri-state area.
Lisa was voted a Rising Star in the 2006 to 2013 editions of the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars Magazine. She is a designated mediator on the New Jersey Superior Court Roster of Mediators and is on the AAA Panel of Construction Arbitrators and Roster of Mediators.
