Mr. Grelle is of counsel and a member of Arnstein & Lehr’s Business Transactions and Trusts & Estates practice areas since 1985. He has more than 35 years of experience in business and real estate law, tax and estate planning, and estate and trust administration. He has substantial experience in counseling mid-size and closely-held businesses and their owners on entity structuring, owner relationships, executive compensation, acquisitions and sales, financing, venture capital, and contractual relationships. His experience extends to various types of business and investment entity structures, including limited partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, Subchapter S corporations and professional corporations. He has successfully dealt with minority shareholder oppression and voting control retention situations, as well as business ownership succession planning.
