Laurie started her career at DMA, where she received her foundation in multistate tax principles before joining Network Associates, Inc., a software manufacturer and hosted software and services provider. She then entered public accounting in 2003, just in time to assist companies to implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Sections 302 and 404 and led the Tax Technology Industry subsector group for the Deloitte Tax national indirect tax practice for several years and rejoined DMA in June 2014.
