Kelly is the Manager in the Employee Benefit Plans Practice at CliftonLarsonAllen, a national accounting firm. She is the firm’s lead on employee benefit plan consulting services with focus areas in employee benefit plan tax matters, the Affordable Care Act and ERISA compliance and reporting. Kelly is a national speaker, writer and interviewee of articles pertaining to many employee benefit plan topics and health care reform, including presentations to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants membership, the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits, the ERISA Industry Committee and featured in the Wall Street Journal. Kelly is Chair of the Employee Benefits Tax Technical Resource Panel and Member of the Health Care Tax Task Force of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
