Jordan Kannon is an assistant project manager with Dellbrook Construction, LLC and JK Scanlan Company, LLC. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 and 2013 where he received a B.S. degree and M.S. degree in civil engineering, with a concentration in structures, respectively. While completing his graduate studies he started working for Skanska USA Building, Inc. on two complex classroom/office buildings at the center of UConn’s campus as well as completing a STEM School in upstate CT. In late 2013 he transferred to Stamford, CT to work as the VDC Coordinator on a major health care project, responsible for managing the BIM Coordination process as well as overseeing the coordination of a nearly $60 million health care equipment package.
Aside from his coordination responsibilities, Jordan also played a major role in group structure and workflow for the 30+ person project team’s daily tasks in order to increase team efficiency, improve client satisfaction and decrease closeout time. In his new role at Dellbrook / JK Scanlan, Jordan has been placed in charge of building the BIM Coordination department and is involved in a number restructuring tasks for the organization.
