Jeffrey is the manager of the Acoustics department within the Building Services division of Intertek/ATI. He has consulted for over 20 years on more than 1,100 projects. Jeffrey has consulted on more than 250 residential projects that faced excess exterior noise at the project site, acoustical challenges of demising constructions, and or noise and vibration control of building’s mechanical, electrical or elevator systems. He has served as an expert witness for nine cases involving acoustical complaints in residential buildings. Board certified by Institute of Noise Control Engineering. Former member of the Board of Directors and Fellow of Institute of Noise Control Engineering.
