What is the focus of your practice?

I have broad experience representing clients in general commercial litigation matters, landlord-tenant matters, issues relating to bankruptcy/creditor’s rights, real estate transactions and issues involving zoning and liquor licensing.

I have significant experience in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple out of state matters.

I am on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Birmingham.
