Mr. Davis experienced management consultant and co-leader of Radford's Sales Force Effectiveness consulting practice. Over twenty-six years of experience helping clients on issues ranging from sales coverage and sales job design, to sales compensation design and implementation. Specific focus on helping clients design and implement effective sales compensation plans that better align the interests and behaviors of the sales force with strategic business priorities. Mr. Davis is the contributing author to The Sales Compensation Handbook (AMACOM, 1998) and featured speaker and co-author of "Sales Compensation Math" (WorldatWork, 2008). WorldatWork faculty member, teaching "Sales Compensation for Complex Selling Models" and "Competitive Market Pay: Pricing Sales Positions". Mr. Davis is a frequent speaker on the topic of sales compensation, being regularly quoted in leading publications, including Business Week, USA TODAY, Selling Power, Sales & Marketing Management, Workspan, and HR Magazine.
