Areas of expertise include coaching, instructional design, development, and implementation of various types of learning solutions, facilitation, team building, and project management. Ildikó is on the Board of Directors of the ICF New Mexico (NM) chapter, and is a former board member of NM Evaluators and the NM chapter of ISPI. She is a member of ISPI, ICF, and the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). When not coaching or implementing performance solutions, she can be found volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters or walking her rescue dogs.
