I have worked in the construction industry for 42 years in a wide variety of roles from construction worker, to estimator, project manager, construction manager, and claims consultant. I have experience in both civil and general building construction and I hold two California General Contractor licenses, one for General Engineering and one for General Building. My experience both in the field and in construction management gives me a unique perspective when dealing with construction disputes and claims because I understand both the contractor's and the owner's positions equally well. My goal is to help resolve disputes before they become costly litigation.
