Mr. Dantonio is the Managing principal with Multistate Tax Service, LLC. Frank has more than 35 years of exclusive Ohio state and local tax experience with unique blend of government, industry, and accounting experiences as Tax partner with Deloitte & Touche, American Express, Abbott Laboratories, American Electric Power, Wendy’s International, and City of Westerville, Ohio. He is actively participated in drafting and passage of Ohio manufacturing statute (H.B. No. 531 - ORC §5739.011) and rule (OAC §5703-9-21). Frank is a frequent speaker at national, regional, and state tax conferences, and faculty member of Ohio Society of CPAs and Lorman Education seminars. Mr. Dantonio wrote several publications and tax opinions of Ohio sales tax and use tax for manufacturers. He is also a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and various Ohio tax coalitions.
