Fernand Lavallee is a Partner at Jones Day. His practice emphasizes all aspects of commercial procurement, as well as, federal, state and local public procurement matters. Fern litigates cases before various federal and state courts, as well as, the Boards of Contract Appeals and the Government Accountability Office. He conducts regular seminars and workshops on numerous procurement law and public procurement topics. He has written several publications on, or related to, commercial as well as federal, state and local public procurement and purchasing issues.
Fern is Vice chair of the American Bar Association, Public Contracts Law Section, Intellectual Property Committee; and member of the National Contract Management Association.
