Eric is the Assistant California State Labor Commissioner. He is responsible for multiple units with the Department of Industrial Relations’ Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, knows as the California Labor Commissioner’s Office. He oversees statewide Public Works Enforcement, Retaliation Complaint Investigations, Judgment Enforcement, Cashiering and Administration for the State Labor Commissioner. Eric has worked for the State of California since 1993 in the Employment Development Department’s Tax Office, State Board of Equalization and the Department of Industrial Relations.
