Ms. Williams is the Managing Director of Special Projects & “Complex” Reviews at CEIS Review. She has over 25 years of experience in banking and related consulting activities. Ms. Williams manages CEIS’ advisory engagements, which include but are not limited to, consulting on the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (including methodology validation), stress testing programs, projects for clients involving “complex” portfolios, credit risk process and procedure consulting, and related specific client requests.
Ms. Williams began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank, and then continued her banking career with FleetBoston, BankBoston, and then ultimately with Bank of America.

Ms. Williams began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank, and then continued her banking career with FleetBoston, BankBoston, and then ultimately with Bank of America.
She has held leadership positions in credit, loan review, risk management, and portfolio management. Specific titles held have included Commercial Credit Policy Executive, Managing Director in Credit Review, and Senior Credit Officer tasked with directing firm-wide lending to national retailers, restaurants, and food and beverage companies. She has also led loan review examination teams assessing lending and risk management in Latin America, Asia and in a number of specialized industries.
Ms. Williams received her MBA from Northeastern University and her undergraduate degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary.
