Doug provides regulatory compliance and permitting support to industrial, municipal, and institutional clients. He has a background in chemical engineering, experience in the industrial field, and as a licensed wastewater treatment operator gives him excellent resources with which to understand and solve environmental issues for a long and varied list of clients. Doug is a Massachusetts licensed wastewater treatment plant operator and a certified environmental and safety compliance officer. He serves as a project manager on a broad range of projects, including: wastewater treatment plant design; storm water permitting and planning; wastewater and air emissions permitting; regulatory compliance; chemical control laws compliance; environmental training; and environmental data tracking.
