Daniel M. Borek is an associate in the Chicago office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP and practices primarily in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Counseling and Real Estate groups. He is adjunct to the Mergers & Acquisitions, Shareholders’ Rights and Estate Planning practice groups. Daniel has experience in a broad range of legal matters including corporate, real estate, estate and probate, transactional, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, he was managing principal of a general practice law firm. Daniel graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and was admitted to the Florida bar in 2009 and to the Illinois bar in 2010. Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science in Criminology and Law at the University of Florida.
