Dr. Chelle Stringer is the owner and CEO of OCM, LLC. Chelle has directed business transformation, organizational change, organization development, strategic planning alignment development, and business process design efforts for more than 15 years. Chelle has developed business transformation methodology to help organizations align people, processes, technology and facility to desired outcomes and mitigate risk associated with change. Chelle has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from local and federal government, health care, and science and technology to the corporate sector.

Chelle has taught organizational development courses at the University of New Mexico, served on board of Project Management Institute Rio Grande Chapter, New Mexico International Society of Performance Improvement chapter, and New Mexico Education Network Center and has served as a mentor for the Next Generation Economy Leadership Excelerator Program. She has conducted numerous professional development workshops in the areas of leadership and business transformation.
