Principal of UrvanX, Carlos J. Bravo, AIA, LEED AP, has a wide range of experience within the Architectural, development, urban planning, interior design, and construction field for over 22 years. Earlier in his career he served as project architect and manager for large scale projects such as The Beach Club, Ocean III and IV, and Trump Grande, among others and multi-million dollar projects for Coca-Cola Enterprises. In 2002, Carlos started Vertex Architecture focusing on projects including high rises, commercial offices and retail, hospitality, private residences, and interior design. Carlos’ most recent work includes several Private Residences, Sky Lofts, Island City Lofts, , as well as working with international interior designer Phillippe Starck on the Icon Brickell project, YOO+Arts Tower, Panama, and most recently the Ritz Plaza, South Beach for SLS Hotels. Carlos prides himself in offering his clients a full service firm providing personalized attention and creative and sustainable design solutions. Additionally, he has joined forces with Worldwide Modular, developing a prefabricated building solution that can be transported globally in standard shipping containers, and assembled quickly on site, improving construction time and quality and providing a sustainable building model. A prototype building was successfully constructed in North Miami, and they are now looking for investors to expand the manufacturing facility.
