30 hours per reporting period.Deadline: December 31
Special Requirement(s):
3 hours of Ethics and professional responsibility
Reporting date:
February 1
Credit hour:
50 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 50 and round down to the nearest half hour.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Lorman Education Services Ondemand courses are not considered live and thus attorneys can only obtain 15 credits in this format per compliance. Lorman Education Services Live webinars are considered live and do not have any maximum on the number of CLE credits that can be obtained.
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services does not report your participation. Attorneys must self-report if applicable.
