A Variety of Virginia CLE Approved Courses Available
At Lorman Education Services, we work with hundreds of accrediting agencies to offer hundreds of approved Virginia CLE courses covering pertinent topics in many areas of the law such as estate planning, employment law, legal ethics and divorce law. All course programs and materials are prepared and delivered by our experienced faculty members who are subject matter experts in their legal specialties.

MCLE Requirement:
12 hours per reporting period (1 year)
Deadline: 10/31
Special Requirement(s):
2 hours of Legal Ethics or professional responsibility
Reporting date:
12/15
Credit hour:
60 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 60 and round to the nearest 1/2 hr.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Our Ondemand/Online format is considered distance learning and you can only obtain 8 credits in this format per compliance.
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Attendees will obtain a VA CLE certificate including the course number needed to self-report the credits, provided you have requested credit and provided your VA CLE bar number. Please note: Our Ondemand/Online format is considered distance learning and you can only obtain 8 credits in this format per compliance.
