Oregon CLE MCLE Requirement:
45 hours per reporting period (3 Years)
Deadline: April 30
Special Requirement(s):
Ethics: 5 hours of ethics or professionalism
Abuse Reporting: One hour for lawyer members must be on the subject of a lawyer’s statutory duty to report child abuse and elder abuse
Mental Health and Substance Use Education: At least one of the required hours shall be in subjects relating to mental health, substance use, or cognitive impairment that can affect a lawyer’s ability to practice law
Access to Justice: In alternate reporting periods, at least three of the required hours must be in programs accredited for access to justice pursuant to OR Rule 5.14(d) .

Credit hour:
60 minutes. To calculate credit for a specific program, divide the total length of the program in minutes by 60 and round down to the nearest quarter hour.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
There are no limits of credits earned through Lorman Education Services Ondemand courses or live webinars.
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services will report your participation as long as you have requested the credit and provided your bar number for live webinars and ondemand courses.
