NM MCLE Requirements:
12 hours per reporting period (1year)
Deadline: December 31st
Special Requirement(s):
2 hours of ethics or professionalism
Reporting date:
December 31st
Credit hour:
60 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 60 and round down to the nearest 1/10th hour.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Lorman Education Services ondemand courses are considered self-study and attorneys can obtain a maximum of 4.0 hours in this format per year. Lorman Education Services live webinars are considered a live format and so do not have any restrictions.
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services will report your credits as long as you have requested the credit and provided your bar number.
