MCLE Requirement:
24 hours per reporting period (2 years)
Deadline: December 31
Special Requirement(s):
5 hours in ethics and/or professionalism, 2 of those 5 hours must be in diversity, inclusion, and elimination of bias per reporting period
Reporting date:
March 31
Credit hour:
50 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 50 and round down to the nearest 1/10th.
Limit on credit hours for Alternative Learning:
Lorman Education Services hosts live webinars and ondemand courses which are considered "Alternative Learning"; courses in NJ. Attorneys can receive a maximum of 12 hours per compliance in this format.
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Attorneys are responsible for tracking their CLE credit and reporting compliance as needed at the end of the reporting period.
