MCLE Requirement:
12 hours per reporting period (1 Year)
Deadline: December 31
Special Requirement(s):
1 hour of ethics credit or professional responsibility per period.
1 hour of Harassment and Discrimination credit, MUST be LIVE and IN PERSON
Reporting date:
July 31
Credit hour:
60 minutes. For specific programs, divide length by 60 and round down to the nearest half.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Lorman Education Services Ondemand courses qualify as self study and you can obtain a maximum of 5 credits per year in this format. Please note: Our Ondemand format does not qualify for Ethics. Ethics must be taken as a live webinar.
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services will report your participation as long as you have requested credit and provided your bar number.
