Alaska’s CPE Requirements
The Alaska Board of Public Accountancy requires that all CPAs complete 80 hours of continuing education training every two-year period. Of those 80 credits, at least 20 must be completed each year (in other words, it’s not permissible to wait until the last minute to fulfill your training requirements). At least 4.0 credits each reporting period must cover ethics and Alaska statutes and regulations.
