This topic will explore loan assignment and participation transactions from the perspective of the originating lender and the assignee or participant. You will learn about the nature, purposes and documentation of these transactions; basic due diligence considerations affecting each party; and loan administration and enforcement issues that arise during the term of a syndicated or participated commercial loan.
